A Beginner’s WarmUp

The hardest part of getting started is often just starting.  I was stuck without a clear ‘do this’ or ‘eat that’ namely because there is so much out there.  And then I found Raphael.

A series of videos called the PreBeginner workout let me know where to start: if I wasn’t even able to lift a weight I could start here.  So I did.

I posted about his getting started video, and about being excited. and I was.  I began to run and run every day.  But I can’t just run.  I need to do a little more than that

Warming up is a time-tested method of getting your heart rate up and blood pumping.  This is the second episode in the Pre-Beginner series and its about getting ready to warm up. Give it a watch, I recommend it.
