There’s a lot of programs to choose from on the BeachBody app, and I’ve decided to try the easiest one (or shortest really) i could find. 10 Minute trainer. It looks good, I remember the infomercials. So every Monday morning, after the coffee is made, I turn on the Cardio video and get going.

Sundays are a strange time: their about relaxing, focusing, and getting ready for the week ahead. Sundays, fitness wise are likewise strange: tired from the week of work and not wanting to overexert yourself for the week ahead. I need to move, but not OVER-move. I think I need something restorative. I think I may try yoga.

We signed up for BeachBody, and the first program that caught my eye was an older one: 10 Minute Trainer. Tony Horton used to come on TV late at night and say 10 minutes is all you need to get fit. Well, 10 minutes is all I HAVE normally, so let’s give it a try.

Don’t get me wrong. I love cardio. But I need to do something else as well.

This feels like a good week for a run. It was nice to get back on routine last week, and this week feels like the holidays are about to begin. Nothing feels like the holidays like going for a run in the hotel gym room 🙂
