How do you take your Coffee?

I’ve always loved coffee.  Like obsessively, can’t start my day without it kind of love.  That being said, I don’t even know how to really make coffee.  I mean, as a Chef I can COOK.  I can make anything from anything else.  I can make mayonnaise from scratch, bake a loaf of bread, turn a raw piece of meat into steaks, broth, soup, and more.  I don’t even buy beans, I buy pre-ground coffee.  Let’s get this on.

There are a lot of ways to make coffee.  What’s the easiest, or most simple?  Those damn pods I guess.

I have a Keurig in the kitchen, and I do enjoy it:  it’s simple, convenient and easy.  It’s also wasteful, expensive, and hard to make a big pot of coffee.  I will start with this, and start to doctor my coffee from there.
