Quotes for Men to Live by #13

American Writer Elbert Hubbard had a good point.  A weak man will have trouble taking the roughness of life, and therefor cannot afford to be gentle.  He must go strongly, be strong.  Being a strong man means you get to be gentle.

“The stronger a man is, the more gentle he can afford to be.” -Elbert Hubbard

Being gentle is a manly thing.  It means you have no fear, you can take the tough blows and get back up, it means you have weathered the storm.

A gentleman is strong because he is gentle.
