Quotes for Men to Live by #14

The 26th President of the United States was always good with words.  The man was a politician, conservationist, naturalist, and writer and has many great quotes attributed to him.  But this is one of my favourites.

“Courage is not having the strength to go on; it is going on when you don’t have the strength.” – Theodore Roosevelt

Whats is strength?  People often see it as the ability to knock down a door, battle an enemy hand to hand, or otherwise showcase your brawn.  But being tough, being resilient is the real strength.  Never quit, don’t give it, get up again, and again, and it’s not how hard you can hit.  Its about how hard you can get hit…

and keep moving forward.
