Failure is a part of life, and a part of success.  You have to learn what doesn’t work in order to learn about what works.  It’s another variant on the “it not about how hard you can hit”.  It really is about how often your hard work can and will turn into a failure – not always of your own making.  The point is to suck it up, learn, toughen, and move on without loosing that spark…
