The Beans Knees

Seeing as my attempt to actually grow coffee at home is on hold (for now), I thought I would get into the next part of the equation: the beans.

So, most coffee you buy is ground roasted coffee beans.  No matter what you do to the coffee after the fact, the drink will only be as good as the beans you buy.  I figured I can roast them (and experiment on them) from here, so I’ll need to procure some raw pre-roasted beans.  But where….
