Warm up and Weights: Day Two

After last finally, it finally begins to feel like a routine of sorts.  A ‘weights’ day then a cardio day.  This week we’re going to add one more rep to the mix

This week I’m only doing 2 reps with no weight.  Since we technically doubles the reps, next week we’ll hit 4, then 8 etc etc.

Warm Up:(x2)
Arm-Circles Forward: 8Arm Circles Reverse: 8
Body Twist: 8

Shoulder Stability Curls
