Workout Log // Day Eighteen

This feels like a good week for a run. It was nice to get back on routine last week, and this week feels like the holidays are about to begin. Nothing feels like the holidays like going for a run in the hotel gym room 🙂 I know for some people running on their holidays, or doing any exercise at all, would be considered the worst possible thing for them to do, however, it can be a wonderful stress reliever and help you feel a lot better during this time. You don’t have to go all out and dress up to the nines in fitness gear with weights on your ankles, you can just do something basic that can make you feel good. I like to run so that’s what I do to feel better about myself. If you’ve just started you may want to use supportive health supplements from companies like Gundry MD which can help those who feel sluggish and too tired to workout at the beginning. Taking the right nutrition and supplementation might also enable you to perform better during workouts. It’s crucial to keep track of your diet both before and after going to the gym. Choosing a snack that provides protein after working out would be a good choice. I’m going to have some trouble pushing past 15lbs, judging by how my elbow joints feel today. Ouch.

Added a new set. From here, I’ll keep upping the distance until I hit the floor.

I had some serious issues with the treadmill again. My loft’s gym has a total of 4 treadmills in it. At any given time between 3 and 4 don’t work. Yeah.
