For the first day, this run was a way to get acquainted with my new mentality, my new workout, and what I was doing. Sure, it wasn’t fast, but its still faster than the fastest turtle.
The First Workout: It is what it is.
(Ok, walked. Ok, barely even a crawl) at 0.50 mph. Not fast. And I did it for a mere 5 minutes with no incline.
Every day even if its just a little faster, I will be able to go faster.
