Workout Log // Day Twenty Four

My current weekly workout schedule:  Monday morning – Cardio.  Tuesday Morning – Total body.  And then nothing.  Let’s add something for Wednesday.

10 Minute Abs

I loved this workout.  It was straight forward, simple, but also challenging and really hit every part of your core.  Im going to look forward to wednesdays…
