This is my current workout schedule, which I usually do in the morning: Monday morning – Cardio. Tuesday Morning – Total body. Wednesday – Abs. Thursday – Upper Body. Now, i need some ideas for how to finish the week strong.
Don’t skip leg day. I know, squats suck. Lunges suck. The day after suck suck sucks. But, it’s a very important part of your fitness. If you don’t have strong legs, what can you do?
