This is my current workout schedule, which I usually do in the morning: Monday morning – Cardio. Tuesday Morning – Total body. Wednesday – Abs. Thursday – Upper Body. Now, i need some ideas for how to finish the week strong.
There’s something hard about Friday workouts. Especially, if you do them after work. It’s 5pm, work is over, you want to crash, or get something done. I try to work out in the morning – not always achievable, but I usually get it done.
Core Cardio is a lot of fun; I like of working the core but also doing it with activity, rather than sit ups. 10/10, would recommend.
