Workout Log // Day Twenty Three

My Monday is pretty good with Cardio.  Its a great way to wake up in the morning.  Tuesdays are less good.  Let’s try a new 10-minute trainer video.  This one is called Total Body.

Its also really good.

Total Body is great.  There are weights, abs, some cardio like burpees mixed in.  It’s a great variety and really get you to move every part of your body.
