There’s a lot of programs to choose from on the BeachBody app, and I’ve decided to try the easiest one (or shortest really) i could find. 10 Minute trainer. It looks good, I remember the infomercials. So every Monday morning, after the coffee is made, I turn on the Cardio video and get going.
Its really good.
Variety, speed, it’s also not easy, but looks deceptively simply. Its a lot of fun as well.
